The Cotylorhiza tuberculata jellyfish, often called fried egg jellyfish, owes its name to the singular shape of its umbrella resembling a fried egg. It is in fact formed of a yellowish crown surrounding an orange dome. Its eight arms are provided with hundreds of tentacles that are not very itchy.
